Clients can come in for sessions as many times as needed or as recommended by our professionals. We provide a confidential space where a client can build rapport with a counsellor of their choice.

The Alpha is for any parents, step-parents, grandparents, solo parents, or caregivers of children aged 11 – 18 years We are the main influence on our teenagers’ future. Discovering we are not alone in the challenges we face and picking up ideas from other parents can make a huge difference.
This course will teach you to communicate better. Communication is a learned skill and you might find a variety of bad and good habits of your own in this course.
