Online therapy is psychotherapy that takes place over the Internet. Services can be offered over the phone, through video conferencing, or messaging, rather than in person.
These are one-on-one sessions with a qualified counsellor. Clients can come in for sessions as many times as needed or as recommend by our professionals. We provide a confidential space where a client is able to build rapport with a counsellor of their choice. Appropriate models of counselling are used to ensure that the client benefits from the sessions.
We counsel marriages and couples with tools and strategies, to help them communicate more effectively, in areas of problem-solving, conflict resolution, intimacy, family dynamics, relationship hardship or breakdowns, and much more.
A conducive environment for therapy is provided. Qualified counsellors offer some psycho-education on the following groups. Anxiety and depression, anger management, living without violence, assertiveness skills, building self-esteem and confidence, drugs and alcohol, grief and loss, supporting parents of children who are struggling with anorexia and bulimia and couples therapy
Counselling elderly people is effective for depression and anxiety and for improving overall subjective well-being. Age is not a factor in determining the success of interventions.
We understand that the elderly are experience different issues and situations in their lives including anxiety, depression, loneliness, panic attacks, fear, and other issues. We offer a holistic approach.
